Echoes from Zephyr Point

Echoes from Zephyr PointThe second annual PGCC Retreat has been deemed a resounding success. Seventy-four from our congregation gathered at Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center at Lake Tahoe for a wonderful three days of fellowship, spiritual growth and just plain fun. The guest speaker was Pastor Larry Huggett, with the theme of “What’s on God’s line for me?” As the photos show, many varied activities were enjoyed. An unexpected delight came as we mingled with the Catholic high schoolers from Nevada, also at Zephyr on retreat. They enhanced our mealtimes and entertained at one of our gatherings. Everyone agreed this event should be repeated next year, so watch future announcements of the dates.

Many thanks to Walt and Joann Kerfoot for organizing this special event!

Participants worship, sing, and play the tone chimes.

A dominoes game is serious business during free time.

Tone chime players listen intently as Joann Kerfoot teaches the technique.
