Party on! — It was a day of fun and food

Sunday September 23 dawned delightfully cool and the weather stayed very comfortable for the annual PGCC Picnic. There was an abundance of food – we have some excellent cooks! – and lots of good old-fashioned fun.

Dave and Becky Balding did a super job of planning this year’s event at Kaseberg Park, decorating the tables and surrounding area in a patriotic theme. Bob Fricke’s gamesmanship kept everyone entertained, and the water balloon toss was the highlight of the day.

Many thanks to all those who had a part in the entertainment, setup and cleanup, and to all those who participated in a great afternoon!
